"Platform"

The website, mobile application, and all associated services of 20 hibajee are collectively referred to as the "Platform".

"User" or "You"

Any person who accesses the 20 hibajee platform, creates an account, or uses any service is considered a "User".

"Account"

A personal profile created for each user upon registration, through which deposits, bets, withdrawals, and other activities can be managed.

"Services"

Sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, fishing games, and all other gaming and entertainment activities offered through the platform.

"Bonus"

Any additional benefit provided under specific conditions, including promotional offers, welcome bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards.

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on the 20 hibajee platform and use any service, the user must be 21 years of age or older. Government-issued identification may be requested for identity and age verification if required. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and a decision will be made regarding the return of any deposited funds.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If the same person or the same household operates multiple accounts, all accounts may be cancelled and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and contact details — must be true and accurate. Creating an account with false information may result in permanent closure of that account.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to the 20 hibajee support team immediately. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

3.1 Bank Transfer

For transactions via bank transfer, accounts at recognised Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, or BRAC Bank may be used. The name on the bank account must match the registered name.

3.2 Withdrawal Verification

Identity verification may need to be completed before the first withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. To withdraw funds earned from bonuses, the wagering requirement must be met.

3.3 Restrictions on Money Transfer

The platform may not be used in any way as a channel for transferring or moving money. Attempts to withdraw deposited funds directly without placing bets may be flagged as suspicious.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

20 hibajee offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, wagering of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳3,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may be used only once, one per account.
• Bonus funds must be used directly for wagering — they may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Certain games or bet types may not count towards bonus wagering.
• If misuse of bonus benefits is detected, the account will be suspended and the bonus cancelled.
• 20 hibajee reserves the right to change the terms of any promotion.

4.3 VIP Cashback

Members participating in the VIP program will receive cashback on their weekly net losses at set rates: Bronze members up to 0.2%, Silver members up to 0.5%, Gold members up to 0.8%, and Platinum members up to 1.0%. Cashback is calculated on the net amount, which is total weekly losses minus total winnings.

5.1 Validity of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled; however, if an error occurs due to a platform fault, it will be reviewed. Any bet placed during a technical malfunction may be considered void.

5.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, payouts are calculated according to the published odds. If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be returned. In a multi-bet, if one or more selections are cancelled, the bet will be recalculated using the remaining selections.

5.3 Casino and Slots

The outcomes of casino games and slot games are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP (Return to Player) information for games applies according to the game provider's specifications.

5.4 Fraud and Misconduct

• Using bots or automated software to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing an account or placing bets on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• If any technical fault or unusual account activity is detected, 20 hibajee may suspend the account until an investigation is completed.

6.1 Use of Information

• Information is used for account management, identity verification, and processing financial transactions.
• Your consent is required for promotional communications, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
• Information is not sold to third parties.

7.1 Self-Control Features

• Option to set deposit limits.
• Option to take a temporary break from the account for a set period.
• Option to apply for permanent self-exclusion.

7.2 Age Verification

Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using gaming services. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to prevent underage children from accessing the platform.

8.1 Closure by the User

Any user may request closure of their account at any time. Any withdrawable balance remaining in the account will be returned before the request is processed.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 20 hibajee

20 hibajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If false identity or information is provided.
• If evidence of bonus misuse or fraudulent activity is found.
• If money laundering or illegal transactions are suspected.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.

9.1 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support team, a formal review may be requested. 20 hibajee will review all complaints within a reasonable time and communicate its decision.

10.1 Service Guarantee

20 hibajee always endeavours to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform. However, temporary service interruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. 20 hibajee will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from this.

10.2 Third-Party Content

Games from providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and Evolution are available on the platform. 20 hibajee will mediate in the event of any issues related to the operation of these games, but the game provider's own rules will apply.
